Montreal Fall Wedding- Jeff & Lucy

October is here !

That means Fall photography season is starting. Some would be surprised when I say that October of one of the busiest months of the season; the fall is very shorts and everyone wants photos with those beautiful colors but we have such a small window of good weather to catch those colors !

Jeff & Lucy timed their wedding perfectly to fall right when Old Montreal tree leaves turned orange. And Despite the windy weather, the couple braced themselves for the cold and  we had a blast shooting outside with the bridal party.

This wedding is especially close to my heart because it represents what Canada and Montreal mean the most to me; Multiculturalism ! This Canadian Russian union made me smile every single step of the way especially when the bride incorporated a fun Russian Wedding Tradition; Bread Biting !

The mother of the bread baked a loaf of Karavay (Round loaf of bread)  and during the reception, she held it for the bride and groom to bite into and the one with the biggest bite mark will be the head of the family ! Really Fun and had all the guests cheering for the bride and groom

Who will be the head of the family !

Who has the bigger bite?

Competition is fierce !

Jeff is the winner !
